Frequently Asked Questions

  • How And When Should I Place My Order?
We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance (*4 dozen max!) to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute events come up, and we will do our best to accommodate orders with shorter notice. To place your order, you can fill out our online form or send us an email. 2-4 dozen: please place at least 2 weeks before your desired date. 5-10 dozen: please place at least 4 weeks before your desired date. I bake and decorate solo, therefore I have a maximum of 10 dozen cookies for any 1 order.
  • Can I Stop By Now And Grab Something?
Our menu is custom, made-to-order. All items must be pre-ordered online. Small orders must be placed at least 2 week prior to your desired date. Please check the availability calendar first. Larger orders require 4 weeks notice.
  • Do You Only Make Cookies & Cupcakes?
Currently, my main product focus is cookies and cupcakes. I also make delicious cake jars, lemon bundt cakes, and I make penis cakes for bachelor/bachelorette parties in a variety of tones and flavors. For the kids, I offer a fun and sharable Happy Birthday pull apart cake aka a cupcake-cake. I also do breakable candy hearts, chocolate-covered Oreos, and chocolate-covered pretzels.

  • Who Prepares The Food And Where?
My name is Danielle Hannah and I have been baking for several years. I have an AA in Culinary Arts and a BA from CSULA. I've worked in several kitchens and love creating new and fun custom cookies and cupcakes. My home kitchen is inspected by the San Diego health department and I have a Class B license under the Cottage Food Law; so if you're a mom & pop coffee shop - let's collaborate! My kitchen, equipment, and ingredients are kept up to high standards all year round. I pride myself on safety and sanitation in addition to delicious food. Check us out on Google for photos & ratings.
  • How Should You Store Your Treats
Cookies come individually wrapped in clear self-sealing bags. I do not use preservatives, so they are expected to stay yummy for around 2-3 weeks, but are best consumed within a week. Most cookies can remain as keepsakes for years when seal is kept intact. Cupcakes are best eaten within a few days. The fresh buttercream is shelf-stable but if heat is a factor, keep them in an airtight container in the 'fridge and bring to room-temp before eating. Fondant is not recommended for refrigeration. I use real butter so be aware of high temperatures/melting during transport, storage, and at your event!
