Frequently asked questions
How and when should I place my order?
Do you only make cookies and cupcakes?
Currently, yes - my focus is cookies and cupcakes only. Other items I make include smash cakes and other personal cakes, cakepops, cinnamon rolls, almond brittle and orange marmalade. These items are specialty and will be available again in the future.
Who prepares the food and where is it made?
My name is Danielle Hannah and I have been baking for several years. I have an AA in Culinary Arts and a BA from CSULA. I've worked in several kitchens and love creating new and fun custom cookies and cupcakes.
Can I stop by now and grab some cupcakes?
Our menu is custom made-to-order. Any item must be pre-ordered online or over the phone. We do not take walk-ins as this is a private residence. Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your desired date. Larger orders require 4 weeks ("larger orders meaning $100+).
What ingredients do you use? Is your kitchen allergen free?
INGREDIENTS (can include): Flour, granulated sugar, butter, eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, coconut extract, almond flavoring, cinnamon, ginger, salt, baking powder, corn starch, meringue powder, cream of tarter, cocoa powder, buttermilk, candy sprinkles.
Will the cookies stay fresh for my special day?
Cookies come individually wrapped in clear self-sealing bags. I do not use preservatives, so they are expected to stay fresh for around 2-3 weeks, but are best consumed within a week. Most cookies can remain as keepsakes for years when seal is kept intact. Dark color cookies can cause temporary mouth coloration.
