Who prepares the food and where is it made?
My name is Danielle Hannah and I have been baking for several years. I have an AA in Culinary Arts and a BA from CSULA. I've worked in several kitchens and love creating new and fun custom cookies and cupcakes.
Can I stop by now and grab some cupcakes?
Our menu is custom, made-to-order. All items must be pre-ordered online.
What ingredients do you use? Is your kitchen allergen free?
INGREDIENTS (can include): Flour, granulated sugar, butter, eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, coconut extract, almond flavoring, cinnamon, ginger, salt, baking powder, corn starch, meringue powder, cream of tarter, cocoa powder, buttermilk, candy sprinkles.
Will the cookies stay fresh for my special day?
Cookies come individually wrapped in clear self-sealing bags. I do not use preservatives, so they are expected to stay fresh for around 2-3 weeks, but are best consumed within a week. Most cookies can remain as keepsakes for years when seal is kept intact. Dark color cookies can cause temporary mouth coloration. Cupcakes are best eaten the day of or within a week. Buttercream is shelf-stable but if heat is a factor, keep them in an airtight container in the 'fridge and bring to room-temp before eating.
